Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PingFlow ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business/company name, and address when you create an account. If you use the platform to send messages, we process the contact lists and message content you upload or compose in order to deliver them. We also collect billing and transaction information when you fund your wallet or are invoiced.
We automatically collect certain technical information, such as login timestamps, session activity, and API key usage, in order to secure your account and operate the Service.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending your messages and generating invoices
- To process payments and manage your wallet balance
- To communicate with you about your account, including service notices and support responses
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- To improve the Service based on how it's used
4. Third-party services
We share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate the platform:
- Paystack — processes wallet funding and payout transactions
- Termii — delivers your outbound SMS messages to their recipients
- VTpass — processes airtime and data purchases, where used
- Our email delivery provider — sends invoices, notifications, and account emails
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
5. Data retention
We retain account, billing, and messaging records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Financial and invoice records in particular are retained rather than deleted, consistent with standard accounting practice.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Account deactivation can also be requested directly from your account settings.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and scoped API keys — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
8. Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your display preferences (such as light/dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
