Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PingFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including through your API key. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them, to send unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content, to impersonate any person or business, or to violate applicable telecommunications or data protection law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Wallet, billing & invoicing

Use of paid features requires a funded wallet balance or an active subscription plan. Charges for messages, subscriptions, and other services are deducted from your wallet as described in the platform. Invoices are generated automatically for each chargeable transaction and are available for download from your account.

Subscription plans renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. If your wallet balance is insufficient at renewal, your plan may be downgraded as described in your account settings.

5. Message delivery

PingFlow relies on third-party telecommunications providers to deliver messages. While we work to maximize delivery reliability, we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, or delivered within a specific time, due to factors outside our control (recipient network availability, filtering, etc.).

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PingFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the contact data, message content, and other material you upload to the Service.

7. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
